What NextRole is
A tool that keeps your job search in one place and drafts application material — tailored resumes, fit analyses, interview stories, messages — from what you tell it about yourself. During the pilot, accounts are by invitation.
You are the author of what you send
- Every resume is written only from your own resumes and skills inventory, and checked for skills you never listed. Still, you read it before you send it: what an application says about you is your statement.
- Nothing is ever sent or submitted for you. You click Submit yourself, on the employer's own site.
- Give it true information. Do not use it to describe experience you do not have.
Fair use
- Each plan includes a number of processed jobs and model calls a month; the app shows how much is left.
- Do not use the service, its API or the extension to collect job sites in bulk; the extension reads only the page you open.
- Keep your password and API tokens to yourself; revoke a token you no longer use.
No guarantee
The service is offered as it is, in a pilot. It can be down, change, or lose work between backups; download your data if you need a copy of your own.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Account. An account that breaks these terms can be closed.
