One opening at a time
Openings from the catalogue's companies, narrowed by your filters. Skip, Later or Interested — by swipe, key or button. Each card counts the skills you really have, never a made-up percentage.
A job search, run like a project
NextRole keeps every opening you care about in one list, writes a resume for each one from your real experience, tells you honestly how well you fit, and gets you ready for the interview. You stay in control of every word.
During the pilot, sign-up is by invitation.
Inside the app
Finding the openings worth your time, a resume for each one, and knowing honestly where you stand. Each preview below is drawn from the real screen, with example data.
Openings from the catalogue's companies, narrowed by your filters. Skip, Later or Interested — by swipe, key or button. Each card counts the skills you really have, never a made-up percentage.
Every requirement in the posting, marked Must or Preferred and graded against your experience, with the evidence for each verdict. A gap stays a gap — something to prepare for, not to hide.
Written from your own baseline resumes and skills inventory, in the posting's own words. A safety check catches any skill you never listed, and every version keeps what it was built from.
Your rules read as sentences. Change one and see which postings it would bring into your feed or take out — before you apply it.
How it works
What NextRole does at each step — and the one step it always leaves to you.
Click the extension on any job page, LinkedIn included, or pick from the job feed of the catalogue's companies.
One short check reads the job's must-haves against your resumes and skills inventory before anything is written. A weak fit waits for your call.
Your best-fitting baseline, tailored to the posting, with a full fit analysis, a safety check and a PDF ready to upload.
The extension fills what it can on the application form and attaches the PDF. You read everything and press Submit.
STAR stories with follow-up questions, a draft message to whoever posted the job, and a timeline for every call and interview.
Trust & privacy
What NextRole will never do, and what always stays yours.
A tailored resume is written only from your own resumes and skills inventory, and checked: a headline skill found in none of them stops it before you ever see it.
No auto-apply, no messages sent on your behalf, no crawling. You decide what to apply to, and you press Submit on the employer's own site.
Download everything as one file, or delete your account and all it holds at once. Nobody else using NextRole can read it, and the model provider receives only the text each call needs.
The whole app in either language, right to left done properly. Interview stories and messages can be in Hebrew; the resume stays in English, as recruiters and ATS systems read it.
FAQ
Short, true answers. The privacy and terms pages say the rest.
From two places. The public careers feeds of the companies in the catalogue — Comeet, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Teamtailor, Workday and SmartRecruiters — read on a schedule into your job feed. And any job page you capture yourself with the browser extension, LinkedIn included. Nothing crawls LinkedIn.
When you click it, it reads the job page you have open and adds it to your list — on LinkedIn, with who posted the job. On an application form, it fills what it can and attaches your resume PDF. It never browses or applies on its own, and it never presses Submit.
From your own baseline resumes and skills inventory: the baseline that fits best is tailored to the posting's wording, reviewed and corrected. By default, a skill in the subtitle or Core Skills that appears in none of your documents stops it. You can read every version, compare it with the baseline and edit it.
During the pilot, sign-up is by invitation. Each plan includes a monthly number of processed jobs and model calls, and the app shows how much is left. Where it is offered, you can also add your own Anthropic key: its calls are billed to you by Anthropic and do not count against your plan.
Nobody else using NextRole: every row is tied to your account, and the database refuses another account's reads. To write a resume, an analysis or a draft, the text that call needs is sent to the model provider (Anthropic), and the e-mail service sees your address to send sign-up and password messages. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising or tracking. The details are on the privacy page.
Yes. The whole app is in English and Hebrew, right to left, and so is the extension (it follows Chrome's language). Your STAR stories and outreach messages can be written in Hebrew too; the resume and the fit analysis stay in English, since that is what recruiters and ATS systems read.
Yes, at any time. Account → Your data: Download my data gives you everything as one file first, if you want a copy; Delete my account removes the account and everything in it at once. Copies in backups expire within 30 days and are never restored into the service.
Set up your baseline resume once; every job after that starts from it.
